Get satisfaction has an Enterprise platform which is used by large clients such as Microsoft, Walmart, and Zynga - they can deploy "Facebook for Enterprises".

They also enable companies to deploy client-facing communities. Get Satisfaction have built a Facebook app using the Involver toolset. This app enables a brand's external community to get connected with the brand's Facebook page. Client comments, "likes", and other interactions on the Facebook page become accessible and actionable in the community. Major clients include companies such as Flipboard, Pampers and Gilt Groupe.
